Lodging in Bozeman has exploded over the past few years. We list only a handful of hotels and motels here based mainly on their distances from the rendezvous. Of course, you can land upon other places you might prefer to stay by doing your own Web search. All of the Hotels and Motels we list are right by an access to Interstate 90.

Motels Closest to the Venue

Actually, this isn't Nashville. Every hotel and motel in Bozeman is within 15 minutes of our home. Those listed here are within a five-minute drive on a nearly direct route to the rendezvous. A couple of the motels listed here have opened in just the past year or two. All but one were built within the past eight years. Just click on the name of the hotel or motel to reach its website. Breakfasts are probably free in all of these, but check to be sure. The one called My Place may be different as each room apparently has cooking facilities. Lunch and Evening dining are within walking distance (e.g., The Outback Steakhouse, Carino's Italian, Subway, Five Guys, City Brew, Costco food court, and others).

C'mon Inn

This is the motel that most captures the Big Sky experience. Tagged with a cheesy name for sure, the C'mon Inn is actually a very nice Montana-born-and-bred motel. Constructed of logs and decorated in decidedly Rocky Mountain style, it´s worth a look if it fits your budget.

Holiday Inn Express

What can we say. It's another Holiday Inn Express.

Resident Inn by Marriott

Same here. Not much more to say.

My Place

This motel distinguishes itself in that every room appears to be set up for cooking.

Country Inn and Suites.

Brand New.

Comfort Suites

Also brand new (actually in both this and the previous listings the brand is old, but the motels are newly constructed).

Mountain View Lodge

This lodge is nice but not special. It fudges a bit with its name. Not great views of mountains from most windows. It is, however, only 3 minutes from the homestead. It also appears to be mostly booked for a July 8 wedding.

Other Motels Nearby

All of the motels listed next are about seven minutes from the homestead. Some have been around for many years. Dining opportunities are nearby and in some cases housed in the motels themselves. A few are relatively expensive, but others may have some of the best prices in town (especially those on Wheat Drive and, hey, they are right next to McDonald's and a Chinese buffet, too).

Motels in Belgrade

If you are traveling by air, you will land in Belgrade, a small town just 10 miles from Bozeman. There is not much reason to stay at a motel in Belgrade unless you find a deal that better suits your budget. It would be a 15 minute drive from a Belgrade motel to the homestead.

Downtown Bozeman

If insted you want to stay on or near the old and delightful part of Main Street Bozeman there are a few options that are within blocks of dining and watering holes. These are about 15 minutes from the homestead. We'll let you look these up on line by name. The Element and the Lark are upscale and new. The Western Heritage is upscale as well. The others are considerably less expensive.
